About
About Matthew & The Four Friends
The Four Friends began as a story — a way of putting words to the weather we all carry inside. A frog who learned to float on rising water. A tree who sent roots deeper than the loudest story. An eagle who rose above the fog to see the pattern. A buffalo who faced the wind and took the next step.
Matthew wrote the Four Friends for the people in his life who were carrying hard weather — and found that the story had legs of its own. What began as a teaching tale became a set of small practices, then a Field Journal, then a Return Plan for the days that are hardest.
This companion gathers all of it in one place. It is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for the care of professionals or the presence of real people. It is a practice — a way of returning, again and again, to the ground that is always beneath the story.
The Founding Edition is offered at $9.99 so that the price of returning is never a wall. One payment, lifetime access, every future practice included. If the companion isn't right for you, reach out through the Safety & Support page and we'll make it right.
"You don't have to stop the weather. You only have to learn to return."
